This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offences as Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act instead of Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5376 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026.

2. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only offences have been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and further two weeks time is extended for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5376 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026.
