The Original Application No.6553 of 2002 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the respondent to include the applicant's name in the panel of ACTO's for the year 1996 and consequently to revise the seniority of the applicant in the cadre of ACTO and to fix the applicant at the appropriate place taking into consideration seniority of the applicant as Assistant with effect from 1989 and without referring to any technicalities with all attendant benefits including arrears of pay and allowances. On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.6802 of 2007.
