This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a report in Crime No.660 of 2019 registered for an offence under Section 302 of IPC. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner the third respondent conducted investigation and filed a final report charging for offences under Section 302 of IPC and it is pending for committal in PRC.No.7 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, Villupuram District.
