(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, for a speedy disposal of the pending appeal.

2. The appeal before the DRT was filed in the month of April 2022, that is almost two months before and the writ petition was filed in the month of May 2022, that is after a month of filing the appeal, to seek direction for early hearing of the appeal out of turn.

In view of the above, we do not find any reason to issue the direction sought by the petitioner. The writ petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.12622 of 2022 is closed.
