This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to measure the petitioner's land viz., Survey Nos.22/311 and 22/312 to an extent of 6 cents of lands in Pattavarapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to give the survey report to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired by way of Gift Settlement Deed dated 04.02.2024 vide document No.2053/2021. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given an application to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries and also paid necessary fees vide e-chellan No.20230808002816 dated 08.08.2023. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 2/4

08.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
