ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 22.10.2025 passed in W.P.No. 32380 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 32380 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 has been duly complied with thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.

4. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
