When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, 1/3

the application of the petitioner for survey of the subject property was considered and the order has been passed in Na.Ka.No.A9/4006/2024, dated 04.12.2024. The copy of the order was also served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent dated 04.12.2024, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
