ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 20.05.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 120(b) & 302 of IPC in Crime No.207 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 18.05.2021 one Bharathi wife of the deceased lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that on 18.05.2021, the petitioners joined together and assaulted the deceased with knife duo to previous enmity. Based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has registered a case against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and prayed for grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation is still pending. Therefore, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also of the fact that the case is in the initial stage of the investigation and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners are essential, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
