This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9063 of 2021, dated 13.05.2021, for execute the sureties.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to Corona pandemic, the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 27.05.2022 pbl/pvs

This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 27.05.2022, has extended the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9063 of 2021. In the Order copy dated 27.05.2022, the crime number has been wrongly mentioned as Crime No.164 of 2020 instead of Crime No.164 of 2021. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Registry is directed to correct the Crime Number as "Crime No.164 of 2021" in Crl.M.P.No.6944 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9063 of 2021 and issue order copy a fresh. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 27.05.2022, from the date on which this Order copy made ready. 03.08.2022 mpl
