O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.132 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer I.D.O.P.No.132 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram to the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore. The learned counsel for the respondent as well as the respondent who is present before this Court have also made endorsements to that effect.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent as well as respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.132 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore. The learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.132 of 2017 to the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
