[made by M. SUNDAR, J.] When the captioned 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) was taken up, after some arguments, Mr. V. Kasinatha Bharathi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned WP and captioned 'writ miscellaneous petitions' (hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity) but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of writ petitioner to file a stay petition under Section 10-B of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1905) before R1 (District Collector, Nagapattinam) and seek stay pending disposal of statutory appeal dated 27.03.2025.
