This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to issue BE mark sheets either printed or manuscript copy to the petitioner within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Though the Writ Petition is filed for a positive direction, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2018.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders or issue duplicate mark sheet as required by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
