ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.65 of 2018 has been filed to allow the civil revision petition and set aside the fair and decreetal order of the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam dated 21.09.2017 made in E.A.No.40 of 2016 in E.P.No.103 of 2015 in O.S.No.202 of 2010. The Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.147 of 2018 has been filed to allow the civil revision petition and set aside fair and decreetal order of the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam dated 30.11.2017 made in E.P.No.103 of 2015 in O.S.No.202 of 2010.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the entire amount has been settled by the petitioners. In view of the said settlement, the banker has also directed their counsel to file appropriate petition to raise the attachment of the property before the Execution Court.

3. After recording the settlement memo and in view of the settlement between the parties, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. In view of the above submissions and settlement, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed.
