This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2014 for appointment of hereditary Mujavars/Muthavalli for better management and administration of Shaik Alauddin Badsha Owlia Dargah, situated in Tirupur, in Chinna Agraharam, Erode.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
