This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, CSR.No.80 of 2021 was assigned, enquiry was conducted and the petition is closed and the petitioner is not required for any further enquiry. Further, he submitted that in the counter complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.228 of 2020, in which, investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed, which is pending trial in C.C.No.269 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur, Salem District.
