(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court had earlier dismissed two anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.8196 of 2020 on 05.06.2020 and Crl.O.P. No.11446 of 2020 on 06.03.2020. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crime No.870 of 2020. When this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
