C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaints lodged by the petitioners dated 14.06.2016 and 15.07.2016 against the respondents 3 to 8.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 2nd respondent Police have received the complaint of the petitioners and since the petitioners are not co-operating, the Police are not able to proceed with the enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the 2nd respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law, either register FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioners.
