ORDER
In pursuance of the earlier order of this Court, the contemnor has produced before this court a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.40,000/- in favour of the petitioner drawn in the Indian Bank, Morappur Branch. The
above Demand Draft has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect. The said endorsement is recorded.
2.It is now brought to the notice of this court that a suit has also been filed for partition in O.S.No.136 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Court, Dharmapuri and the suit has also been decreed for partition.
3.In the light of the above narrative, in respect of other issues, the parties shall work out their remedies as per the decree. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation. No costs. 21.01.2026 vvk
