Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders granting promotion to the petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant (Tamil) based on 2009 panel on par with her junior with effect from 17.07.2010, by considering the representation lastly submitted by the petitioner dated 27.08.2020, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be sufficient if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2020 in the light of the proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued by first respondent dated 20.09.2019 and 14.01.2020, within a time stipulated by this Court.

Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case pleaded by the petitioner before this Court, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2020, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
