ORDER

Alleging that UDR patta was wrongly given to the sixth respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent. As the same has not been disposed of inspite of the fact that it is pending from 09.01.2015, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the appeal and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 09.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
