By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to forbear the respondents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business in the name and style of "Get in Health & Beauty Spa", No.117, Senthil Nagar, 100 Feet Road, Arumbakkam, Chennai-600 106.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents that without approaching the authority for appropriate relief, the petitioner has straight away approached this Court for the above relief by this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition has to be dismissed as not maintainable.

4. Recording the above submission made on behalf of the learned Special Government Pleader, which is not disputed, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
