The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the order of status quo granted by this Court on 25.06.2018 is an impediment for the purpose of executing a sale deed in favour of the petitioner by the 5th petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent made a submission that the 3rd respondent is ready to execute the sale deed in favour of the 5th petitioner, in the event of vacating the order of status quo.
3. In view of the fact that the 3rd respondent has agreed to execute the sale deed in favour of the 5th petitioner, the interim order of status quo granted by this Court stands vacated. The 3rd respondent is directed to execute the sale deed in favour of the 5th petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Accordingly, interim order of status quo granted by this Court stands vacated as far as the 3rd respondent and 5th petitioner are concerned. Consequently, this miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
