This application has been filed seeking impleadment of the applicant as a defendant in TOS.No.20 of 2024.

2. It is stated that the applicant was shown as one of the respondents in O.P.No.388 of 2023. After the O.P.No.388 of 2023 had been converted into TOS.No.20 of 2024, he was not included in the array of parties. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has objections for grant of letters of administration of the Will. In view of that particular fact, he is a necessary party to TOS.No.20 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, this application stands allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title in TOS.No.20 of 2024.
