When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Miscellaneous Petition with a liberty to file a Writ appeal as against the order of this Court dated 29.09.2022 made in W.P.No.26218 of 2022. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
