Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.325/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the Judgment dated 23.12.2020 made Spl.C.C.No.77 of 2019 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Cases, Coimbatore and enlarge him on bail in CRL A.325/2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.325/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
