The petitioner herein seeks police protection to survey the land and mark the boundaries by considering the representation dated 31.03.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents states that there is a civil dispute and forgery and fraud been committed on the Court. However, there is no material placed before this Court to show that these facts been agitated before the competent Court. If the decree passed in O.S.No.38 of 2019, dated 30.09.2021 had reached finality. The Police is liable to give protection to the petitioner herein for surveying the land and marking the boundary as per the decree passed by the competent Civil Court.
