ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act 2003 & 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act 2015 in Crime No.6 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 178 kgs of banned tobacco products. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this is the fourth anticipatory bail application. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are no previous cases against the petitioner and that this is the fourth anticipatory bail application. It is further submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail applications were dismissed and that there is no change in circumstances in the present application.

4. Considering the gravity of the offences and upon the ground that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
