2. By order dated 24.11.2017, this court referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is pertinent to note that the parties had settled the matter before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre and also entered into a joint memorandum of compromise dated 09.03.2018.

3. The said joint memorandum of compromise dated 09.03.2018 is placed on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise. The parties shall abide by the terms agreed in the said joint memorandum of compromise No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
