The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate for the securities left behind by his parents namely Mr.C.Ethirajulu @ Carna Ethirajulu Naidu and S.Saroja who died on 15.12.2007 and 13.06.2012 as evidenced by the respective death certificates which have been marked as Ex.P.1 and Ex.P.3. Ex.P.2 is the legal heirship certificate of Mr.C.Ethirajulu and Ex.P.4 is the legal heirship certificate of S.Saroja. http://www.judis.nic.in

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.From the above documents, it is seen that the petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased Mr.C.Ethirajulu @ Carna Ethirajulu Naidu and S.Saroja. A general publication has also been made and no objection has been received.

3.Hence, this Original Petition is ordered as prayed for for granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule in favour of the petitioner.
