ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the summon in S.PG.P.No.142 of 2025 TNO 22/DCB II 2025-CN018SPGP/2025 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint received from the third respondent, the second respondent conducted enquiry and issued summon to the petitioner, thereby calling upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry to be conducted on 10.02.2025. Now, the date of enquiry got expired. That apart, it is only a summon issued to the petitioner to attend the enquiry.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the summon in S.PG.P.No.142 of 2025 TNO 22/DCB II 2025-CN018SPGP/2025 on the file of the second respondent.
