PARAMASIVA DOSS, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2498 days in representing the above writ petition in W.P.No.SR35764 of 2010. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Though this Court is not thoroughly satisfied with the reasons assigned, taking note of the fact that the writ petition has been filed challenging the award, and to give a chance the petition stands allowed and delay in condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.
