O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the de-facto complainant to direct the District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Vedharanyam to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No. 854 of 2015 at early.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered the case in Crime No.319 of 2015 under Sections 294(b), 323, 354 and 355 of I.P.C. He further submitted that after investigation, the respondent filed a charge sheet and based on the same, the learned District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Vedharanyam has taken the case on file in S.T.C.No.854 of 2015 and thereafter, no progress has been made in the said case and hence, he requests to direct the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid case at early.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that a reasonable time may be fixed for completing the trial and disposing of the case.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the aforesaid case is pending from the year 2015, the District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Vedharanyam is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.T.C.No.854 of 2015 as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
