[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR., J.,] When the matter was taken up, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned State counsel submitted that the encroachments have since been removed.
2. Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, on instructions, confirmed that the encroachments have since been removed, agreed with learned State counsel and further submitted that captioned writ petition has served its purpose. Learned counsel on record also submitted that a closure can be given to the captioned writ petition, made an endorsement in case file and a scanned reproduction of the endorsement made by learned counsel on record is as follows: Page Nos.4/7
3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed recording the stated position of both sides. There shall be no order as to costs.
