This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 03.10.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.53 of 2016 and the 1st respondent Police have addressed a letter dated 26.02.2016 to the Tahsildar, Palacode asking for the details of the particulars of land.

4. Recording the same, the 1st respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner.
