Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition the respondent shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. or every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5104/2022 dated 19.04.2022 until further order and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANGALAPARAMESWARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of The public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5087 of 2022 on 04.03.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
