The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Power of Attorneys both dated 15.06.2015 vide Doc. Nos.4024 & 4025 of 2015, SRO, Tambaram and also Sale Deeds both dated 18.06.2015, vide Doc. Nos.4133 & 4134 of 2015, SRO, Tambaram.

2. Mr.V.Bhiman, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2017 given to the respondents to cancel the documents, the respondents have not passed any order so far.

3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 & 5.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2017 to cancel the documents and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 & 5, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
