2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.S.D.Ramalingam, learned counsel for R4 and Mr.Maharaja, learned counsel appearing for R1 to R3 .

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on both sides, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
