O R D E R The petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Court of TNPID Act, Chennai, to dispose off the C.C.No.3/2012 as expeditious as possible in a time framed manner.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint as against the respondent before the learned Special Court of TNPID Act, Chennai. Since the same was not considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Special Court of TNPID Act, Chennai, is directed to dispose the petition in C.C.No.3/2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
