This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) for Trial of cases under SC/St (POA) Act Cases, Thanjavur to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on their surrender in connection with Cr.No.132 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the same day.
2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court shall consider bail petition without any violations of the provisions of the Act. 23.04.2024 Vv 2/4
