O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 463 of 2015 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent to conduct further investigation and file the final report within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, initially a case in Crime No.463 of 2015 was registered for money missing and now, it has been altered under Section 379 Cr.P.C and the police have also obtained CCTV footage from the Bank and they are examining the CCTV footage to identify the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
