This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- Application filed seeking permission to serve the 7th respondent through Substituted Service in publication in anyone Tamil daily in Chennai.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that notice has sent earlier to the 7th respondent had been returned as 'vacated' and that was last known address of the 7th respondent.

3. It had therefore stated that the 7th respondent ought to be served through Substituted Service.

4. In view of the facts stated, application is ordered and publication is allowed in anyone issue of 'Makkal Kural' to be effected on or before
