(CRIME NO.120 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that The Petitioner directed to stay at Thanjavur and report before Thanjavur town police station daily at 10.30 am, for until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9219 of 2022 by order dated 25.04.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SARAVANABHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9219 of 2022.
