(CRIME NO.876 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent police every Monday and Wednesday at 10.00 a.m until furhter orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4423/2022 dated 23.02.2022 in Cr.No.876 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, Manimangalam Police Station, Kanchipuram District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.R.SIVAKUMARNATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4423 of 2022 on 23.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police every Monday and Wednesday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
