ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the Crime No.115 of 2018 and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.115 of 2018, the respondent Police closed the case as 'Mistake of Fact' on 20.03.2018 and the closure report is yet to be filed before the concerned Court. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no notice has been served to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The 1st respondent Police is directed to serve notice to the petitioner and file a closure report before the concerned Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition against the closure of the FIR, if petitioner desires so.
