This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take action on the representation made by the petitioner on 28.02.2025.

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 04.06.2025, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve papers on the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Reserve Bank of India and listed the matter for hearing today. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Reserve Bank of India produced the communication dated 26.03.2025, which is in response to the complaint made by the petitioner on 13.03.2025. 2/4

3. In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
