Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.23354/2012/Thi. 1, dated 23.06.2016 in so far relates to denial of the subsistence allowance and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to disburse the arrears of the subsistence allowance from date of suspension ie., on 28.08.2012 to the petitioner's reinstatement into service i.e., on 02.11.2015 to the petitioner.

ORDER
