The petition is filed to permit the applicants to file the photocopy of the documents as secondary evidence.

2. Learned counsel for the contesting defendant submits that the documents are filed along with the suit and he has no serious objection for the documents being received, subject to admissibility, proof and relevancy.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the contesting defendant, the application No.2822 of 2024 is allowed and the applicants are permitted to file the photocopy of the documents as secondary evidence, subject to admissibility, proof and relevancy.

Post the matter before the learned Additional Master-IV on 16.072024 for continuation of trial.
