Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 on the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.07.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent.

2. Seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6, the petitioner made a representation on 16.07.2015. As the said representation was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader based upon the counter affidavit has submitted that a case has been registered against the respondents 4 to 6 under Sections 120-B and 109 IPC and Sections 7, 12 r/w 13(2) r/w 13 (1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988. The learned Additional Government Pleader also submitted that investigation is pending.
