The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to permit the students admitted in the petitioner institution under D.Ted Course for the academic years 2007-2008 to take up their 2nd year examination as scheduled by the respondents.
2.As the prayer sought for in this writ petition is to permit the students to appear for the D.Ted Course examination https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for the academic year 2007-2008, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
