W.P.30413/2013:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings CME/A1/1010/12/MEE dated 24.06.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents herein to promote the Petitioner to the Post of Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer (Mechanical) from 24.06.2013 with all monetary and other attendant benefits.
